The Ultimate Fudge (chocolate with pecans and dried sour cherries)—in my ultimate fudge, I put chopped sour cherries. It is very good. You get the sweet taste of the chocolate and the tartness of the cherries. For those of you who like chocolate and cherries this is the perfect fudge. Chocolate Fudge (with and without pecans)—if you like chocolate, you will love this fudge, with or without nuts. It is the creamiest fudge you will ever taste. The flavor is very smooth. I use pecans, because they are not as oily as walnuts, therefore the oil does not make the chocolate taste funny. White Chocolate Fudge (with and without pecans)—if you prefer white chocolate, you will love the creamy texture of this fudge. You get the white chocolate flavor with a vanilla flavor. I also use pecans in this fudge also, if you like nuts. It is out of this world. Dark Chocolate Fudge (with and without pecans)—my Dark Chocolate Fudge is heavenly. Very smooth, very rich with that intense chocolate flavor you will get if you prefer dark chocolate. With the pecans in the fudge, it is a wonderful flavor.
